M/s Rehber Food Industries Private Limited is located in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh (U.P.) that is 250 kilometers north of Delhi, well connected by roads and trains
making it an easily accessible facility. It is spread out over an area of thirty (30) acres. It is comprised of the following facilities: An Abattoir-cum-meat processing plant to produce 150 tons of frozen boneless buffalo meat per day slaughtering facility.
The integrated meat plant is a state-of-the-art most modern facility conforming to international standards and specifications. The strategic location of our factory
enables us to source healthy animals in Bareilly. We have also advantage of the great geographical condition of the land where we have set up. The soil of Bareilly is
fertile and highly cultivated attributing excellent crops output and availability of green vegetation throughout the year. As a result, the animals largely sustained on natural pastures and feeds thereby the supply of healthy animals is consistent throughout the year in that region.
Nearly all segments of our plant are fully mechanized and environment friendly enabling us to confirm to the international GMP protocols which help us maintain not only the hygiene but the automation on various stages reduce the processing and packing time considerably thus by the products remain fresh while processed. Our plant is fitted with state-of-the art chilling equipment, blast freezers, plate freezers and cold storage to maintain the required temperature at various stages. Our facility is approved by the Indian Government’s Agricultural & Processed Food Products
Export Development Authority (APEDA) under the administrative control of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Our plant is HACCP approved and ISO certified. We adhere to stringent norms for animal selection, ante mortems and post mortems performed and unfit animals are separated. We proffer an array of boneless buffalo meat which having gone through the stringent selection and processing norms makes it of superior quality and hence fit to be offered to our international clients. We are firmly committed and determined to supply all fresh Halal and safe meat, meeting the hygiene and sanitation norms of international standards. The animals are slaughtered strictly as per the Islamic method of Halal.

INFRASTRUCTURE & PERSONNEL

Based in Bareilly, we have a well developed and organized state of the art infrastructure. We are equipped with freezing plant with fully automatic sanitized production units, possessing all the advanced machineries which are used for the processing of the meat products. We follow ethical business policies with food safety policies and are also capable of catering the bulk needs of the clients, keeping in view the quality and safety of clients. According to the Indian government norms, we slaughter our animals using hygienic tools and also have separate department for the animal waste. We are equipped with all the necessary facilities like air-tight packaging so that the products would not get stale till someone opens it.

STORAGE & TRANSPORTATION

Supported by the voluminous storage capacity, we store 200 MT of frozen Boneless Buffalo meat for onward shipment.The reason behind our fast pace growth is the excellent transportation facility backed by the insulated refrigerated vehicles to the port (transit of pre-shipment). With a capacity of 16 MT/28 MT refrigerated container contained in a 20 ft./40 ft. on FCL basis as per customer specifications and requirements maintaining the temperature of -18 oC, throughout the sea transit. 
Since our customers are spread around the world, we have instituted stringent quality control procedures that ensure top quality freshness in our products. In order to ascertain the quality of products, we adopted a food safety management system FSSC 22000 certified by SGS. To ensure superior quality of products, our plant is equipped with modern facilities to process "Halal" meat under the most hygienic condition. 

Besides in house team of veterinary doctors, the government appointed veterinary doctors conduct the ante-mortem and post-mortem, meat inspection and inspection of processing, hygiene and sanitation. Finally, it is only after the approval of doctors, who issue compliance certificates stating that the meat is safe, healthy, unadulterated and free from disease and contamination, the lot is readied for dispatch. Each of our consignment is accompanied by "Halal" certificates, issued by authorized and renowned islamic organization, the Jamiat-Ulema-E-Hind.
